Welcome to Laoch Midwifery where Neva Gerke, LM, CPM and Tiffani Hoffman, LM, CPM provide families with empowering midwifery care, customized to the needs of each situation. We offer prenatal, postpartum and newborn care from our offices in Puyallup. In addition, we offer birth services at The Birthing Inn in Tacoma and a limited number of home births. We also visit you and baby in your home the day after your birth.

Laoch means warrior in Gaelic. It's pronounced, "lay-ock". Neva chose this name to reflect her belief that each pregnant person is a warrior in their own right. They are the foundation of their families; they are the seat of communities. They work tirelessly to keep their families safe and together every day throughout the world. It is this fighting spirit that carries us through one of the most vulnerable times: childbirth.
